De nuevo en España, debido a las fiestas del Pilar.
In Spain again, because of the Pilar Celebrations in Zaragoza.

Como iba a ser un día magnífico para la escalada, mi padre Eduardo Teba y yo decidimos ir a Vadiello.
As it was going to be a great day for climbing, my dad Eduardo Teba and me decided to go to Vadiello, exactly where the water reservoir is. 

Aparcamos en un parking que hay antes de cruzar dos túneles (el segundo tiene una barrera de madera, para que no puedan pasar los coches). A la salida del segundo túnel está el inicio de la vía.
We parked at the car park located just before the tunnels, the second tunnel has a barrier to avoid the pass of the cars. The start of the route is just at the exit of the second tunnel.

Roca de buena calidad con los característicos “garbanzos” de Vadiello y buen equipamiento con parabolts. La escalada en los dos primeros largos discurre por placas tumbadas con algún un muro. El último largo es más vertical y mantenido, con una escalada más técnica, a nosotros el segundo muro del tercer largo, nos pareció más (6a), que 5b que marca la resaña.
Good quality rock with small holds, a peculiar characteristic of Vadiello. The route is well secured with bolts. The first 2 pitches are flat slabs with some walls. The last pitch is quite vertical, it requires a more technical climbing, we found the second wall of this pitch harder than a 5c, it is at least 6a.

Largo 1 (30 m, 6 seg., 5a): Placa tumbada al comienzo, seguido de un corto muro-panza que se sube mejor dejando a la izquierda los parabolts. Últimos metros hasta la reunión bastante tumbados.
Pitch 1 (30 m, 6 bolts, 5a): Flat slab followed by a short wall that it is climbed leaving the bolts on the left. The last few meters until the belay station are quite flat.

Largo 2 (30 m, 5 seg., 5b): Placa tumbada al comienzo, seguido de un murito con un par de pasos finos. Superado el muro, de frente, veremos el segundo rapel de bajada. Seguir hacia la derecha, para superar un techito por su derecha. Subir por una placa tumbada que se mete entre los bojes. Una canal terrosa,  nos deja en la reunión que se hace en un gran árbol.
Pitch 2 (30 m, 5 bolts, 5b): It starts on a flat slab followed by a wall with a couple tough parts. Once this wall is passed there is an abseiling point. The route goes to the right towards an earthy groove, where the belay station is, the belay station is set on a tree. 

L3 (25 m, 8 seg., 5c): Dos muros verticales separados por una zona intermedia ligeramente tumbada. En el primer muro (que pica para fuera) subir al árbol para chapar el primer seguro. El segundo muro es el más dificil de la vía, debido a que los agarres son muy pequeños, yo diría que es 6a. Los dos muros son bastante técnicos en los que hay que escalar con los pies. Superado el segundo, la última reunión está unos metros a la izquierda.
Pitch 3 (25 m, 8 bolts, 5c): This pitch has 2 verticals walls separated by a bit flatter slab. The first wall has to be climbed by the tree, because once the tree has been climbed the first bolt is reachable from the branch. The second wall is the toughest one of the route because the holds are very small, I would say that it is a 6a. Both walls are very technical, they have to be climbed with the feet. Once the second wall is climbed the belay station-abseiling point is a few meters to the left.
